Gluten Free Goodness has created products with health and nutrition in mind. All grains are milled daily in our kitchen to make pure unprocessed flours full of nutrients. All flours used are stone ground, free from preservatives and bleaches. No bakery preservatives are used in any products, which is why it is important to keep frozen until use.
Sweet potatoes are used as a base ingredient to increase the fibre of each product. Gut health is at the forefront of our recipe creation, so sweet potatoes and potato starch are included as they are both considered prebiotics that feed our microbiome or good gut bacteria.
All our Gluten Free Goodness products are not only Gluten and Dairy Free but also preservative free, sugar free, colourant and additive free. Our products have been certified Gluten Free by FACTS SA and are suitable for people with celiac disease and those struggling with food allergies and intolerances.
The range includes pizza bases, wraps, waffles, bread, brownies and pita breads. Gluten Free Goodness uses fully biodegradable & compostable bags made by Good for the Ground.
